Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once the order is placed, order confirmation will be communicated on the registered mobile number and/or email address along with a unique order ID. The assigned order identification number can be used in all communications with us regarding the placed order.

You can cancel the order by contacting our customer support at the provided email address and/or phone number within 12 hours of order placement for a 100% refund.
Orders not cancelled within this cut-off time will be considered confirmed and processed for delivery.

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
If the order is cancelled within the cut-off time, the amount will be fully refunded with applicable internet handling charges.
If the ordered product is out of stock and NURTURA is unable to supply the product due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount will be fully refunded.
If you received a broken, damaged bottle, or the wrong product — report to our customer support within 24 hours of product receipt. Only unused products will be accepted for returns.
If you are not satisfied with the product quality — 90% unused product should be returned within 3 days of receipt. Refunds for quality-related issues are subject to approval after product inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
If payment details are required, customers should share banking details such as Bank A/C number, IFSC code, and a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque via email.
Refund amount will be credited to customer within 7 working days from date of refund request raised

You agree to bear shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, as applicable.
