  • For the deliveries within India, the medium of shipping is by road, unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping fee is applicable on all orders depending upon the location and will be mentioned on the invoice.
  • Shipping will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the order, unless any issues arise due to operational challenges, which will be notified to customers.
  • Delivery time:
    • Within Bangalore city: 72 hours from the date of receiving the order.
    • Rest of India: 10 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Shipping for Bangalore city and rest of India is done by third-party delivery services.
Payments Policy
  • We collect payment through the below-mentioned modes:

    • Internet Banking
    • Debit Card
    • Credit Card
  • Our online payment system is powered by PhonePe Payment Gateway systems and is safe to use.
  • We do not share card details with any third party.
  • No additional transaction fees are charged on card payments.
  • Currently, there is no EMI facility available on our portal.
  • Credit Card/Debit Card Details:
    • The Credit Card/Debit Card details provided on NURTURA ( Soiltribe Foods and Services OPC Pvt. Ltd) Portal by the customer will not be shared with any third party.
    • In case of fraudulent matters, the company holds the right to share the details with the concerned body for verification.
    • The customer shall not under any circumstance use a credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by them.
    • Customers are requested to provide only valid and accurate card details.
  • Fraudulent Transactions:
    • Fraudulent transactions include financial transactions or any form of data/confidential information transactions.
    • If any fraudulent transactions are carried out on the website/app (https://nurtura.in/), NURTURA ( Soiltribe Foods and Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. ) reserves the right to recover all losses and expenses like lawyer fees, collection charges, etc.
    • The company holds the right to take legal action against any person involved, including customers, stakeholders, service providers, or employees.

  • All disputes are subjected to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
