Return Policy

At NURTURA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return subject to the conditions mentioned below.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, broken, leaking, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
  • Customers must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product quality, at least 90% of the product should remain unused and the return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by NURTURA.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by NURTURA.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
